Description :Key Responsibilities :Procurement & Sourcing :- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors across India for food ingredients, packaging, equipment, and other supplies.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure cost efficiency without compromising on quality.- Maintain a robust vendor database and continuously benchmark suppliers.Vendor Management :- Build long-term relationships with vendors to ensure reliability, quality, and timely delivery.- Monitor supplier performance against agreed SLAs and resolve disputes effectively.- Ensure compliance with food safety, QSR, and industry standards.Logistics & Supply Chain :- Oversee end-to-end logistics to ensure uninterrupted supply to franchise and company-owned outlets.- Optimize inventory planning and distribution across regions for cost efficiency.- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, franchise, and finance) to forecast demand and align supply accordingly.Process Excellence & Analytics :- Use data-driven insights to identify cost-saving opportunities and reduce wastage.- Develop KPIs and reporting dashboards for procurement and logistics performance.- Implement best practices in supply chain management suitable for the QSR/FMCG industry.Requirements :- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).- 10 years of proven experience in procurement, vendor management, and logistics within QSR, FMCG, or restaurant industry.- Strong negotiation skills with expertise in cost optimization and vendor development.- Analytical mindset with experience in procurement/ERP tools.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
