Engineering Manager

Description : - Lead and manage a team of backend and mobile (iOS/Android) engineers.- Drive the end-to-end development and delivery of high-quality, scalable applications and services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical execution.- Define and maintain engineering best practices, code quality, and system reliability.- Partner with leadership to define technology strategy, architecture, and long-term roadmap.- Ensure the team delivers with strong velocity while maintaining a high technical bar.- Build and mentor a strong team focusing on growth, performance, and ownership.- Drive infrastructure and backend architecture decisions to ensure scalability and security.Requirements : - 6+ years of total engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a people management role.- Strong experience in designing and scaling backend systems (e. g., Node.js, Go, Java, Python, or similar).- Proven experience in leading mobile app development teams (iOS/Android/React Native/Flutter).- Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, and system design.- Strong problem-solving skills with a bias for ownership and delivery.- Experience working in fast-paced, product-first environments.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
