As a Product Associate in Chase Auto Finance, you play a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to the discovery of innovative solutions that address customer needs. Working closely with the product management team and cross-functional partners, you contribute your skills and insights to help ensure the success of our product offerings. Job responsibilities: - Supports the development of our product strategy and roadmap - Collects and analyzes metrics on product performance to inform decision-making - Contributes to solution discovery through collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify potential solutions that address user needs and align with business goals - Participates in product planning sessions, contributes ideas and insights, and assists in the execution of product initiatives, ensuring timely and successful product launches - Collaborates with the product manager to engage stakeholders and define user workflows, requirements, stories, and customer value Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area - Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle - Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition - Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy - Prior technical knowledge of coding languages (Cobol, Java, etc.) and expertise in the functionality present and its usage in the systems/application/platforms. - Demonstrated ability to lead projects to completion and drive business impact. - Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment. - Strong collaboration skills with experience working with technology and design teams to shape features according to user needs. - Deep understanding of the \"Why\" behind product decisions and the ability to articulate this to stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise requirements, epics, and user stories. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: - Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques, with a developing knowledge of data literacy. - Understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the Auto Finance lending domain, is a plus. - Passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a track record of implementing new ideas and solutions. - Experience in Prompt Engineering and understanding of Gen AI.
