Prompt Engineer

We are hiring a Prompt Engineer with 3+ years of experience in LLM-based systems and AI Voice Agents like Bland AI and ElevenLabs. The role involves designing and optimizing AI-driven voice and chat experiences, automating workflows, and integrating APIs using C#, Python, or Node.js. This role embodies all five - you'll own outcomes, maintain high technical standards, and communicate effectively across all levels.What is expected out of you?Design and implement prompt architectures and conversational flows for Voice AI systems (LLM-driven).Develop and refine multi-turn dialogue pathways to ensure natural and human-like conversations.Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) pipelines.Conduct A/B testing and reinforcement tuning to optimize response quality and context retention.Create reusable prompt templates and frameworks for varied conversational intents and domains.Work with LLMs (OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and Voice AI frameworks (e.g., Bland AI, Rasa, Dialogflow CX, ElevenLabs, Whisper, or custom APIs).Analyse user interactions to continuously improve dialogue models and reduce friction points.Stay current with emerging voice and conversational AI trends, particularly around multimodal and contextual agents.Requirements: Must have skills3+ years of hands-on experience with prompt engineering and LLM-based systems.Experience designing Voice AI pathways using Dialogflow, Alexa, Rasa, or custom LLM orchestration tools.Proficiency with C# or Python or Node.js for API integration and workflow automation.Familiarity with speech recognition (ASR), text-to-speech synthesis (TTS), and emotion modelling in voice.Strong understanding of NLP, conversational UX, and human-computer interaction (HCI) principles.Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.Our Flagship Policies and Benefits: What we offerDedicated Learning & Development Budget – Fuel your growth with resources dedicated to skill enhancement.Cutting-Edge Projects – Work on exciting projects using the latest technologies.Employee-Friendly Leave Policy – Enjoy ample leave options to maintain a healthy work-life balance.Work EnvironmentRemote-First Culture: At thinkbridge, we all work from wherever we choose but come together during set hours to collaborate.
