Production Planning Coordinator Position


Job Description: As a Production Planning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring our production processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for developing and monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products, and managing inventory levels.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement detailed production plans to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
  • Coordinate with sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and other departments to ensure production schedules are aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering materials and tracking supplies.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on production status and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production planning software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
