Tax Structuring & Planning * Develop tax-efficient structures for individuals, firms, LLPs, companies, and trusts. * Identify savings opportunities while ensuring compliance. * Draft clear, actionable tax opinions for complex transactions.2. M&A Transaction Advisory * Advise on capital gains, business transfers, and share acquisitions. * Support structuring of JVs, investments, and exits.3. International Taxation & Transfer Pricing * Advise on cross-border transactions, DTAAs, and withholding tax. * Prepare/review Form 3CEB and Transfer Pricing documentation.4. Statutory Audits * Lead audits for listed and unlisted companies. * Ensure compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and other laws.5.
