Ultimately, as a top-notch & you should have good analytical skills, the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions, and excellent teamwork skills.- Role: Application Support - Location: Bangalore - Experience: 4 to 8 Years - Job Type: Full Time EmploymentWhat You'll Do:- Collaborate with coworkers to conceptualize, test software. - Conduct quality assurance to ensure that the software meets prescribed guidelines - Roll out fixes and upgrades to software, as needed - Secure software to prevent security breaches and other vulnerabilities - Collect and review customer feedback to enhance user experience - Suggest workflow alterations to improve efficiency and success. - Pitch ideas for projects based on gaps in the market and technological advancementsExpertise You'll Bring:- Proven experience in application support engineering, with a strong emphasis on Kubernetes environments. - Proven experience in giving support for Microservices based application - Good understanding of Google cloud platform & services Solid understanding of containerization and orchestration tools, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes. - Proficiency in implementing and managing monitoring solutions (e.g., Dynatrace , AppDynamics ) for applications and infrastructure. - Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyze logs and performance metrics. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP,AWS, Azure) is a plus Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. - Knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate). - Experience in the Shell and Python scripting Address and resolve issues related to database performance. - Provide ongoing support to the performance team. Offer support to Level 3 (L3) operations, including scripting and automation tasks. - Implement automation solutions for database management and related tasks. Manage tasks related to database certificate maintenance and updates. - Conduct proactive system checks focusing on users and other operating system-related tasks.
