Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Store Manager at Projekt Street, located in Mumbai. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, maintaining effective communication, managing the store, and preventing retail loss daily.QualificationsCustomer Service, Communication, and Customer Satisfaction skillsStore Management and Retail Loss Prevention skillsProven experience in managing retail storesExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsKnowledge of inventory management and merchandisingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldMultitask and Street Smart AttitudeReach Sales Target monthly and quarterly Quick learner and fashion-orientedMust know streetwear culture and Indian streetwear.Be the bridge between the brand and the customer, staying tapped into trends, events, and the local community.Assist the store manager in training staff in product knowledge, customer engagement, and brand culture.Handle all admin and reports with Store manager and founders — scheduling, payroll input, POS systems, and stock audits.
