Out of which must have 5years in the role of Solution architect for ITSM and rest in the role of Sr Developer and Team Lead.Familiarity with ServiceNow core application UI andworkflow configuration, report development,integration components.Proven ability to drive complex technical solutionswhich may include both legacy and convergingtechnology use at an enterprise level and businessprocess change through education and partnershipwith stakeholdersAnalyze business processes, pain points, and desiredoutcomes to recommend suitable ServiceNowsolutions.Craft technical blueprints for ServiceNowimplementations, considering existing infrastructure,scalability, and integrations.Knowledge and experience of defining applicationand data architecture roadmaps for significantbusiness / functional scopes.Experience of defining and running architecturegovernance processes, and of shaping andcommunicating architectural strategies.Prepare proposals with detailed cost estimates andimplementation timelines.Provide High Level Design and specifications forServiceNow implementationLead development and implementation ofServiceNow applications in the area of ITSM core andenterprise (WFO), GRC and IntegrationsGuide developers, administrators, and otherstakeholders throughout the implementation process.Configure ServiceNow modules and workflows toalign with specific business requirements.Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNowand other enterprise applications.Conduct thorough testing to ensure the solutionfunctions as designed and meets performancebenchmarks.Experience of Scaled Agile Frameworkmethodologies, and a broad knowledge of businesspractices, processes and toolsPartner closely with executive stakeholders and theirteams around delivering solutions in ServiceNow tokey business initiatives.Candidate must have Deep expertise in several technical domains.Expertise in ServiceNow Modules• ITSM core and enterprise (Workforce Optimization)• GRC – Business Continuity Management• Integrations – Third party, SOAP-REST API,Integration Hub etc.•Custom App development•AI & Automation• Performance Analytics & ReportingCandidate should have exp in ITSM Integration Hub
