Abinitio Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Monitor production Ab Initio ETL jobs and processes (graphs, plans, etc.) for failures, performance degradation, and data discrepancies.

- Diagnose and resolve complex production issues related to data quality, source system changes, infrastructure, Ab Initio components, and external dependencies

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify underlying problems and prevent recurrence.

- Tune Ab Initio graphs and components to optimize execution time, resource utilization, and overall efficiency.

- Analyze and interpret logs, error messages, and system metrics to identify performance issues.

- Implement performance enhancements and best practices

- Perform data reconciliation and validation checks to identify and correct data inconsistencies.

- Apply patches, upgrades, and configuration changes to Ab Initio environments.

- Develop and implement minor enhancements or bug fixes to existing Ab Initio code as required.
