Job Description:About Us:Fairfest Media, the organizer of TTF, OTM, and BLTM, is a market leader in trade shows and B2B events in India, connecting governments and businesses from over 100 countries. Our flagship event, OTM, is widely recognised as India’s leading travel trade show and the largest B2B travel event in the Asia-Pacific region.About the Role:We’re looking for aFront-End Developer who lives and breathes HTML & CSS. If you care deeply aboutpixel-perfect implementation ,clean semantic markup , andbeautiful responsive layouts , this role is crafted for you.Your primary responsibility will be converting high-fidelity designs into flawless front-end interfaces. While basic JavaScript understanding is helpful, this isnota JavaScript-heavy engineering role. Instead, it’s ideal for someone who is passionate aboutdesign accuracy ,UI polish , andsmooth micro-interactions .What You’ll Do:Convert Figma/Sketch designs intopixel-perfect HTML/CSS Build clean, semantic, accessible markup Create responsive layouts across devices & breakpoints Implement light animations (CSS animations, transitions, GSAP preferred but optional) Collaborate with designers to maintain design consistency Integrate front-end with simple back-end APIs when needed Optimize for performance, loading speed & usability Maintain UI component standards and style guidesWhat We’re Looking For:Strong command ofHTML5andmodern CSS (Flexbox, Grid, Transitions) Ability to translate designs withextreme accuracy Experience withresponsive and adaptive layouts Eye for detail, typography, spacing, and visual consistency Understanding of basic JavaScript Experience with animation libraries is a plus (CSS keyframes, GSAP, Framer Motion, etc.) Knowledge of version control (Git) Bonus points for experience with simple template engines or CMSes
