We’re looking to strengthen our internal controls and governance standards as we scale.Role Overview:We are hiring a Manager – Risk & Compliance to lead our firm’s regulatory compliance, operational risk controls, and internal governance framework. This is a key role that will work directly with senior leadership and investment teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement risk management policies, internal controls, and compliance protocols across the investment processEnsure adherence to SEBI regulations, AIF guidelines, AML/KYC norms, insider trading rules, and other applicable lawsLiaise with regulators, legal advisors, auditors, and custodians for compliance reporting and filingsMonitor portfolio-level risk metrics and propose mitigations when thresholds are breachedConduct periodic audits of internal systems, data security, and investment documentationOwn all internal SOPs, compliance checklists, and risk dashboardsProvide compliance training and updates to internal teams🎓 Candidate ProfileBased in KolkataChartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must0-5 years of experience in compliance, audit, or risk—ideally with a buy-side firm (AIF, PMS, MF) or Big 4Strong grasp of SEBI regulations, Indian financial markets, and investment operationsDetail-oriented, ethical, and highly organized with a proactive mindset🌟 Why Join UsWork directly with a high-performance investment teamFlat hierarchy, ownership-led cultureOpportunity to shape and institutionalize the firm’s governance frameworkLong-term incentives and career growth for high performersTo apply, please message us directly on or email your CV to hr.tusk@tuskinvest.com
