Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Performance Test Engineer with hands-on experience in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of our applications under various workloads.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement performance test strategies using JMeter and LoadRunner.

- Create detailed performance test plans, test scripts, and test data based on system requirements.

- Simulate user load on applications to evaluate system behavior under stress and volume.

- Monitor and analyze server metrics (CPU, memory, disk I/O, etc.) and application performance during test execution.

- Identify performance bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend tuning solutions.

- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and system administration teams to resolve performance issues.

- Prepare performance test reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders.

- Automate performance testing where applicable to integrate with CI/CD pipelines.

- Stay current with new tools, techniques, and industry best practices in performance testing.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience in Apache JMeter and LoadRunner (VuGen, Controller, Analysis).

- Experience with protocols such as HTTP/S, Web Services, REST/SOAP, Citrix, and others.

- Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic).

- Good understanding of system architecture, databases, networks, and cloud environments.

- Familiarity with scripting languages (Java, JavaScript, C, Python, etc.).

- Ability to write custom functions and correlation logic in test scripts.

- Excellent problem-solving
