Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer with over 5+ years of expertise in building and deploying mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in mobile app development frameworks, possess a solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles, and be able to lead projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance, scalable mobile applications that align with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in mobile applications across various devices and platforms.
  • Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in mobile app development and introduce new technologies as appropriate.


Must-Have Skills

  • Android Development: Strong experience in developing Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
  • iOS Development: Proven experience in developing iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
  • Cross-Platform Frameworks: Experience with cross-platform tools like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin.
  • Mobile UI/UX Design: Solid understanding of mobile design principles, guidelines, and best practices.
  • API Integration: Proficiency in integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Version Control: Strong expertise with Git and managing repositories for mobile development projects.


Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Cloud Integration: Experience with Firebase, AWS Mobile Services, or Azure Mobile Apps for mobile backends.
  • Database: Knowledge of mobile databases such as SQLite, Realm, or Core Data.
  • Experience with push notifications, real-time updates, and offline-first mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with mobile testing frameworks like JUnit, XCTest, or Appium.
  • Experience in publishing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including familiarity with app submission and review processes.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development for both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Proven experience delivering high-performance, scalable mobile applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a team player mindset.
