Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and workflow orchestration components using Python and GoLang.

- Collaborate with the Airflow and Temporal team to build and optimize data pipelines and asynchronous job execution frameworks.

- Implement and manage complex workflow logic using Apache Airflow and Temporal.

- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Engineering, DevOps, and Platform Engineering.

- Contribute to architectural discussions and decision-making processes to ensure scalable and maintainable systems.

- Write clear documentation and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 57 years of professional software engineering experience.

- Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and GoLang.

- Solid understanding of concurrent and distributed systems.

- Hands-on experience with Apache Airflow and/or Temporal.io.

- Experience in designing and developing robust APIs and backend services.

- Familiarity with containerization tools (e.g., Docker) and CI/CD practices.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration to Have :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems.

- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
