Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement MAWM modules based on business requirements.
- Lead and manage end-to-end configuration cycles , ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.
- Design and deliver integration solutions between MAWM and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, supply chain applications).
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and functional consultants to define configuration strategies.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in MAWM proactive management , monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and smooth operations.
- Support testing cycles (Unit, SIT, UAT) by creating test cases, validating results, and ensuring issue resolution.
- Prepare technical documentation, configuration manuals, and integration guidelines.
- Train and mentor junior team members and provide subject-matter expertise to cross-functional teams.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in MAWM Configuration and Implementation .
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments with MAWM.
- In-depth understanding of UK&I integration requirements and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Knowledge of MAWM Proactive Monitoring and optimization techniques.
- Experience working in multi-country or region-specific configurations .
- Exposure to supply chain/logistics domain solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in MAWM configuration, implementation, and integration.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
