You would be a great fit for this role if you:

- 8-10 Years of experience with growing IT services companies (MUST HAVE).

- Must have been a part of strategy building team or led the strategy building within organization.

- Must have sales experience in Product Engineering & Cloud Consulting services.

- Must have large network of clients from previous experiences.

- Must be open to travel to international locations as per business needs.

- Experience in building relation & increase revenue by working with partners like AWS and GCP.

- Must be open to work in various shifts as per changing business needs.

What you will do:

- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet sales targets.

- Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to ensure success.

- Responsible for Sales closure from USA & Australia Region.

- Manage end to end sales (Building strategy to lead generation to closure).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts to identify new opportunities for growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet customer needs and align with company goals.

- Participate in events & conferences.

- Effectively maintain and track the pipeline & performance using CRM.
