Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Search Engine Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM). As a Search Engine Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies to improve our clients' online presence and drive traffic to their websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimize website content, including meta tags, headers, URLs, and images.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
  • Implement and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Conduct regular audits of clients’ websites to identify technical SEO issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO and SEM.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website content and design.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in SEO and SEM.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing SEO campaigns and improving search rankings.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Moz.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
