A design-led architecture and interior practice is hiring an Architect to support and manage projects from concept development through execution. The role involves close coordination with consultants, internal teams, and site stakeholders to ensure design quality, technical accuracy, and timely delivery across residential and commercial projects.Project TypologyYou will work on:Residential architecture and interior projectsCommercial and mixed-use developmentsProjects requiring detailed architectural planning, coordination, and execution supportKey ResponsibilitiesLead architectural design development from concept through execution stages.Prepare, review, and manage architectural drawings, working drawings, and GFC sets.Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, and other consultants to resolve design and execution-level issues.Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, bye-laws, fire norms, and statutory regulations.Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution quality and alignment with design intent.Plan and track design deliverables, timelines, and documentation quality.Guide and review the work of junior architects and design team members.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design approvals.Identify and resolve design-related or site-level challenges in coordination with stakeholders.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture.3–4 years of professional experience in architectural practice.Strong expertise in architectural planning, detailing, and construction documentation.Hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and visualisation tools.Practical knowledge of consultant coordination and execution-stage support.Ability to manage multiple design deliverables and meet project timelines.Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Willingness to participate in site visits and execution coordination activities.Work ScheduleLocation: Sector 135, NoidaWeekly off on ThursdayWork Mode: Work from office
