This role involves working closely with employees, managers, and HR colleagues to provide guidance on employee relations matters, maintain compliance, and promote a positive employee experience.Role Responsibilities –- Manages more complex employee relations cases, concerns, and grievances, supports independent investigations, and partners with HR and compliance teams to ensure fair resolutions. - Support investigations into workplace matters such as performance issues, conduct, or policy violations. - Ensure accurate documentation of cases in HR systems or case management tools. - Assist in the interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations. - Counsel employees and managers on workplace concerns, ensuring a fair and respectful approach. - Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance teams where required. - Track and manage multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Support data collection and reporting on employee relations trends and insights. - Contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.Qualification –- 1–5 years of HR/employee relations experience. - In-depth knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and workplace practices. - Strong conflict resolution and counseling skills. - Bachelor’s degree (Any Stream) - Proven experience in Employee Relations or related roles - Good understanding of HR practices, workplace policies, and employment regulations. - Strong communication and active listening skills with the ability to build trust. - Problem-solving mindset with fair and practical judgment. - Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple priorities. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity. - Familiarity with HRIS or case management tools is an advantage.Collaborative approach and a passion for improving the employee experience.
