Magazine as one of America’s Fastest-Growing Private Companies multiple times, we take pride in our high-performance culture and people-first approach.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top IT talent for our direct clients and MSP accounts in the US market. This is an individual contributor role suited for a driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing to onboarding. - Work closely with direct clients and MSPs to understand hiring requirements. - Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.), networking, and referrals. - Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit. - Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding. - Maintain strong candidate pipelines and client relationships.Requirements- 4–6 years of US IT recruitment experience (must have worked with direct clients and MSPs). - Strong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and work authorization types. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently (individual contributor role). - Comfortable working night shift (US time zone). - Immediate joiners preferred.Why Join Employvision?- 100% Remote (India-based – Bangalore preferred) - Opportunity to work with direct Fortune 500 clients - High-performing, collaborative culture - Competitive salary and performance-based incentives - Growth opportunities within a fast-growing global companyHow to Apply:Send your updated resume to Internal@employvision.com with the subject line: Application – Senior US IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
