We are looking for a React Native Developer who is well-versed in mobile application development for iOS and Android platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of front-end technologies and a proven track record of building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing applications using React Native.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy robust mobile applications using React Native.
  • Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Optimize mobile apps for performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
  • Ensure code quality by implementing best practices and conducting code reviews.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with the product team, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to align on requirements and deliverables.
  • Handle the full mobile app development lifecycle, including prototyping, testing, and releasing apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
Required Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Strong understanding of modern React principles, including Hooks and Context API.
  • Knowledge of component-based architecture and modular design.
  • Hands-on experience with Redux, MobX, or other state management libraries.
  • Familiarity with native mobile app development (Objective-C/Swift for iOS, Java/Kotlin for Android).
  • Ability to leverage platform-specific capabilities using Native Modules and Bridge.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and JSON data exchange.
  • Integration with third-party services like Firebase, Stripe, and social login providers.
  • Proficiency with testing frameworks and tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Enzyme.
  • Strong debugging skills using tools like Chrome DevTools, React DevTools, or Flipper.
  • Expertise in working with build tools such as Xcode, Android Studio, and Gradle.
  • Experience with app distribution and publishing to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
  • Ability to optimize rendering, minimize load times, and enhance overall app performance.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Fastlane, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Experience with WebSockets, real-time communication tools, or push notifications.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and practices.
  • Prior exposure to backend services such as AWS, Firebase, or Node.js.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Trello.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Portfolio showcasing published apps on app stores is highly desirable.
