Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Website Developer with a minimum of three years of hands-on web development experience, ideally within an agency environment. The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills with expertise in responsive design, SEO, and UX/UI principles. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to build and maintain optimized, high-quality websites that deliver engaging, conversion-focused experiences for our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development & Maintenance Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive websites using platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Web flow.
  • Collaborative Design Implementation Work with the design team to translate visually compelling designs into interactive, user-friendly websites.
  • CMS Management Implement and manage content management systems, ensuring compatibility with necessary plugins and third-party tools to support client needs.
  • Website Optimization Ensure websites are fully optimized for speed, performance, and SEO to enhance user engagement and loading times.
  • Troubleshooting & Testing Identify, diagnose, and resolve website issues to deliver seamless experiences across all browsers and devices.
  • Performance Tracking Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor performance, track KPIs, and apply data-driven improvements.


Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of web development experience, preferably within a digital or marketing agency.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and popular CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Web flow).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and UX/UI best practices.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices, performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Experience with web performance tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively in a remote team setting.
  • Experience with A/B testing, user journey mapping, and analytics for conversion rate improvements is a plus.


Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop, and Figma.
  • Knowledge of SSL, CDN, and domain configurations.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Understanding of web security best practices and data protection compliance.
