We're closing this next week.
We're setting up the Gig Concierge Center, a first-of-its-kind team focused on helping gig workers live better, more secure lives. The GCC will resolve issues, convert leads, find housing, and support migration. We want to meet you if you're a strong team player who loves clarity but thrives in ambiguity.
What we're looking for: Fluent in English with baseline Excel skills Target-driven and purpose-led A natural team player who gets energy from working with others and solving issues for others. Should have led a team of 5-8 agents over the last year. Disciplined, driven in execution, and empathetic by default Comfortable with fast change, loud rooms, and a 'no rules' dress code Okay, with pets around in the office, they're the only ones on a hybrid schedule here, and they turn up Tuesday to Thursday. Committed to inclusion and zero tolerance for any form of bias or bigotry
