Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Engineer to lead the execution of a Cell Plant Factory Building. This role will involve comprehensive oversight of building erection, construction planning and management, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) works, and structural engineering coordination. The ideal candidate will possess strong project coordination skills and a proven track record in executing industrial or manufacturing infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute the erection and construction of the Cell Plant Factory building as per design and schedule. - Collaborate with structural consultants and architects to ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards. - Lead and coordinate MEP installations (HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, plumbing, etc.) with vendors and internal teams. - Prepare and monitor project schedules, timelines, and progress reports using tools like MS Project or Primavera. - Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control, safety standards, and statutory compliance. - Coordinate between design teams, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution. - Supervise on-site activities and resolve technical or execution-related challenges promptly. - Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material logs. - Ensure cost control, resource optimization, and timely completion of all construction milestones. - Assist in procurement planning, bill verification, and contractor management.Required Skills & Competencies:- Strong knowledge of civil construction techniques, structural engineering, and industrial infrastructure. - Hands-on experience in MEP coordination and installation. - Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. - Familiarity with construction safety norms, statutory codes, and quality systems. - Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office suite. - Ability to lead a multidisciplinary team and manage contractors on site.Preferred Industry Background:- Renewable Energy - Manufacturing / Battery or Cell Production Facilities - EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Companies - Industrial Infrastructure Projects
