Java Backend Developer

Description :Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with strong experience in building scalable and efficient backend applications using Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in developing REST APIs and microservices, with a strong focus on performance, maintainability, and clean code. Youll work as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.- Collaborate with Tech Leads, Architects, and QA teams to deliver robust, high-performing applications.- Write clean, efficient, and testable code following best practices and coding standards.- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in development processes and tools.Role Requirements and Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent field.- 5 to 8 years of experience in backend development using Java.- Strong expertise in Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).- Good understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle).- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in Agile/Scrum teams.
