Job Title: HR Recruiter

Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and the ability to source the right candidates efficiently.

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Working Days: 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Utilize job portals like Naukri, , and others to identify potential talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases, track hiring metrics, and ensure timely reporting.
  • Build strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Requirements:

  • A graduate in any discipline, preferably with prior experience in recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and familiarity with job portals like Naukri and .
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
