At Benne we serve food we love — with honesty, warmth, and heart.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on, guest-first Captain to run the floor at our cafés in Delhi. You’ll be the face of the outlet during your shift — ensuring service is smooth, guests feel seen, and the team performs like a well-oiled kitchen. This role is for someone energetic, decisive, and proud of excellent service.What You’ll DoLead the service floor during your shift: welcome guests, manage the space, and ensure timely, warm serviceCoach and support FOH staff on hospitality, order flow, and upsell momentsRun pre-shift and post-shift briefings; keep the team informed and motivatedMonitor service speed, order accuracy, and guest satisfaction in real timeTroubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with the manager/BoH to resolve themHandle guest feedback with empathy and ownership — turn concerns into delightful outcomesKeep the dining area clean, presentable, and aligned with brand standardsSupport inventory checks and communicate supply needs to the Outlet ManagerStep in to assist during peak service (plate-up, clearing, bussing) whenever neededWhat We’re Looking For1–3 years of hands-on FoH experience in cafés, restaurants, or QSRs (experience as a senior server, supervisor, or team lead is ideal)Confident, calm leadership on the floor and excellent people skillsStrong communicator who can coach peers and handle guests with graceQuick decision-maker, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentA team player who takes pride in every service moment and protects Benne’s service soul 💛CompensationCompetitive and based on experience.To ApplyEmail your resume to hr@shimowfoods.com with the subject line:“Captain – Delhi :)”At Benne, every shift is another chance to make someone’s day.
