The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the full stack, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable, user-friendly solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesFront end (Web & Mobile) :Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native Translate UI/UX designs into clean, reusable, and efficient code Ensure consistency, performance, and usability across devices and platformsBackend :Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS) Handle authentication, authorization, and API security Integrate backend services with frontend applications Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) to design efficient data modelsGeneral Responsibilities :Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams Support deployments and production issues when requiredRequired SkillsMust-Have3–5 years of hands-on experience in React, React Native, and Node.js Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript Experience with REST APIs Good understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design Experience with Git and version control systems Knowledge of database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)Good to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Knowledge of state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.) Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, etc.) Understanding of basic DevOps and deployment practicesSoft SkillsStrong problem-solving and debugging skills Good communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quicklyQualificationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
