About the Role :

- We are looking for highly skilled GPU Developers to join our advanced computing team in Hyderabad and Bangalore. You will work on cutting-edge technologies, focusing on GPU compilers, architectural modeling, and simulation environments using C/C++. Depending on experience, the role spans from hands-on GPU development to leading architecture exploration and mentoring teams.

- This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and shape the next generation of high-performance computing platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- GPU Compiler Development

- Design, implement, and optimize GPU compilers for performance and scalability.

- Enhance compilation pipelines for advanced parallel programming support.

GPU & Architectural Modeling :

- Develop cycle-accurate models and architectural simulations in C/C++.

- Analyze GPU designs for power efficiency, performance, and scalability.

- Contribute to design-space exploration for future GPU architectures.

Software Engineering & Performance :

- Apply software design patterns and best practices for scalable development.

- Perform performance analysis and debug across compiler, architecture, and application layers.

Collaboration & Leadership (for senior levels) :

- Work with hardware architects, compiler engineers, and performance teams.

- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.

Required Qualifications :

- 5-15 years of experience in GPU development, compilers, or architectural modeling.

- Strong proficiency in C/C++ with solid hands-on coding experience.

- Expertise in GPU compilers and/or GPU modeling.

- Strong understanding of computer architecture, parallel computing, and optimization.

- Knowledge of software design patterns and robust software engineering practices.

- Experience debugging complex hardware/software interactions.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to LLVM or other compiler frameworks.

- Experience with simulation environments or architectural exploration tools.

- Familiarity with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP.

- Understanding of machine learning workloads on GPUs.

- Prior experience in semiconductor or HPC environments.
