Depending on experience, the role spans from hands-on GPU development to leading architecture exploration and mentoring teams.- This is an excellent opportunity to collaborate with industry experts and shape the next generation of high-performance computing platforms.Key Responsibilities :- GPU Compiler Development- Design, implement, and optimize GPU compilers for performance and scalability.- Enhance compilation pipelines for advanced parallel programming support.GPU & Architectural Modeling :- Develop cycle-accurate models and architectural simulations in C/C++.- Analyze GPU designs for power efficiency, performance, and scalability.- Contribute to design-space exploration for future GPU architectures.Software Engineering & Performance :- Apply software design patterns and best practices for scalable development.- Perform performance analysis and debug across compiler, architecture, and application layers.Collaboration & Leadership (for senior levels) :- Work with hardware architects, compiler engineers, and performance teams.- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance.Required Qualifications :- 5-15 years of experience in GPU development, compilers, or architectural modeling.- Strong proficiency in C/C++ with solid hands-on coding experience.- Expertise in GPU compilers and/or GPU modeling.- Strong understanding of computer architecture, parallel computing, and optimization.- Knowledge of software design patterns and robust software engineering practices.- Experience debugging complex hardware/software interactions.Preferred Skills :- Exposure to LLVM or other compiler frameworks.- Experience with simulation environments or architectural exploration tools.- Familiarity with CUDA, OpenCL, or HIP.- Understanding of machine learning workloads on GPUs.- Prior experience in semiconductor or HPC environments.What We Offer :- Work on next-generation GPU technologies.- Career growth in technical or leadership tracks.- Collaborative environment with industry-leading experts.- Exposure to cutting-edge compiler & architecture innovations.
