the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Sales Transformation Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, operational efficiency, and digital enablement across a fast-growing FMCG organization. The role will drive large-scale transformation projects aimed at optimizing the Go-To-Market (GTM) model, digitizing sales processes, and improving performance tracking and decision-making.You will work closely with Sales Leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to develop and implement impactful, data-backed strategies that accelerate business growth.Key Responsibilities:1. GTM Strategy Development:- Define and refine GTM strategies aligned with overall business objectives.- Execute pilots focused on improving field force efficiency and creating strong value propositions for sales teams.- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless GTM execution.2. Digital & Process Enablement:- Drive adoption of digital tools such as CRM, SFA, and BI dashboards to enhance visibility and performance tracking.- Partner with IT and data teams to automate and standardize sales reporting and workflows.3. Data & Insights:- Use analytics to derive insights on sales performance, GTM effectiveness, and customer engagement.- Translate insights into actionable strategies to drive sales conversion, distribution reach, and top line growth.4. Performance Measurement:- Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate GTM success and overall sales transformation impact.- Develop engagement programs for sales teams and channel partners, and assess their effectiveness.What Were Looking For:Education: MBA from a Tier-1 B-SchoolExperience: Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in FMCG sales or sales transformationSkills & Competencies:- Strong understanding of FMCG sales and distribution landscape- Proven expertise in project management and process improvement- Ability to leverage data creatively to inform business decisions- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach (ref:iimjobs.com)
