Designation - Banking and Treasury Head

Experience range – 10+ years

Location – Gurugram

Desired Qualification – MBA in Finance / CA.


Job Profile:


This role will be responsible for managing the available funds of the group across entities and in line with policy and obligations with lenders and other counterparties. Regular Cash Reporting in restricted and unrestricted categories is a critical part of the role.

Processing of payments in an efficient manner to ensure shortest turnaround time. Monthly and quarterly reporting as per policy.


  • Management and optimization of available funds across entities of the group.
  • Manage intercompany funding, ensuring liquidity across group entities and timely transfers
  • Managing payments as per process, policy and regulatory compliance
  • Investment of surplus cash as per policy.
  • Administration of Trade finance documents.
  • Responsible for bank accounts operations, Bank Accounts Reconciliation and control over all GL accounts assigned
  • Cash Reporting
  • Operational Banking relationships and adherence to regulatory compliances
  • Responsible for timely accounting of loans, investments, interest income, TDS reconciliation
  • To ensure effectiveness of applicable controls, monthly and quarterly reporting
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Banking and Treasury operations team
  • Drive the implementation and support of automation initiatives in payments and ERP systems
