Position: Data Engineer QA (ETL + Selenium)Location: Remote – 1–2 Days/Month (Any Office Location: Noida, Bangalore, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Indore)Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM ISTExperience: 5+ YearsBackground Verification: MandatoryKey Responsibilities- Design and implement robust ETL test frameworks to validate data pipelines and transformations. - Perform functional and regression testing on data pipelines, workflows, and integrations. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java/Python. - Perform data validation and reconciliation between source and target systems. - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and completeness. - Work closely with QA leads, developers, and business analysts to align testing strategies with project goals. - Maintain thorough documentation of test plans, test cases, and test results.Required Skills- 5+ years of experience in QA and ETL testing. - Strong hands-on experience in ETL testing (data pipelines, data validation, transformation logic). - Good knowledge of Selenium automation (preferably Java or Python-based). - Experience working with large datasets, SQL queries, and data profiling tools. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Nice to Have- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). - Knowledge of data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and test automation tools.
