As aTrainer , you’ll play a pivotal role in building recruiter capability across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and performance consistency.What You’ll Do ✅ Lead onboarding and process training for new recruiters specializing inState and Federal client hiring . ✅ Design and deliver training modules on: US Staffing Lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2). UnderstandingRFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring . VMS/MSP tools likeBeeline, VectorVMS, Simplify, Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, Vndly . Compliance processes (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.). USTax Terms & Visa Types– W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD. ✅ Conductrefresher sessionson compliance, communication, and client-specific processes. ✅ Mentor recruiters to improvesubmission-to-interview and interview-to-hire ratios . ✅ StandardizeState client hiring processesand align them with client SLAs. ✅ Collaborate with Delivery & Account Managers to ensure training drives measurable results. ✅ Track performance metrics and create data-driven reports to measure progress.What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years of experience inUS Staffing , with at least 2+ years focused ontraining or leadershiproles inState/Government staffing . Expertise inpublic-sector recruitment, compliance policies, and VMS/MSP environments . Strong command ofATS systems(Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn) and major job boards. Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills. Proven ability to create engaging training materials and deliver impactful sessions (onsite & virtual).Why Join V Group?
