Description :About the Role :We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Developer / Technical Consultant to join our team.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Youll collaborate closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance ERP solutions that align with business needs.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, test, and deploy customizations and integrations within Dynamics 365 F&O using X++, .NET, and related technologies.- Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Implement and manage data migration, integration, and extension frameworks within Dynamics 365.- Develop and optimize custom reports, workflows, and extensions in alignment with Microsoft best practices.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to performance, integrations, and customization.- Support environment management, version control, and deployment activities.- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O updates, tools, and trends, ensuring alignment with modern development practices.- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and technical solution design discussions.Required Skills & Experience :- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 F&O / AX development.- Strong proficiency in X++, .NET, C#, SQL Server, and related Microsoft technologies.- Experience with LCS (Lifecycle Services), Power Platform, Azure DevOps, and Data Entities.- Understanding of financial modules, supply chain, or other core F&O modules.- Familiarity with extensions over overlayering, adhering to Microsofts recommended architecture.- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and documentation abilities (ref:hirist.tech)
