You'll gain exposure to real-world recruitment processes in a high-growth, fast-paced FinTech environment.Key Responsibilities• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases• Screen resumes and schedule interviews for non-tech roles• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements• Maintain and update HR records, applicant tracking sheets, and reports• Support onboarding activities and documentation• Help execute employee engagement and employer branding initiatives• Participate in ongoing HR projects and process improvementsAbout You• Passionate about HR and recruitment, especially within the tech/startup space• Strong communicator – clear, professional, and people-centric• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented• Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace tools
