The role is key in driving product planning, pricing strategies, inventory management, and category profitability.Key Responsibilities:- Lead merchandising planning & forecasting (demand, annual plans, gross contribution). - Drive pricing, promotion & markdown strategies to maximize margins. - Manage product portfolio & new product development. - Oversee inventory norms, stock turns, and new store indenting. - Partner with sales & retail ops teams to improve channel & store productivity. - Contribute to policy updates, training, and people development.What We’re Looking For:- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Jewellery, Fashion, or Garments. - Strong category management & analytical ability. - Skills in customer orientation, detail orientation, and stakeholder collaboration.
