Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (GM) Sales at FAIRMOUNT BUILDERS, located in Hyderabad. The GM Sales will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, ensuring customer satisfaction and managing customer service operations. Daily tasks involve developing and implementing sales strategies, leading the sales team to achieve targets and maintaining high standards of customer service. The role also includes general management tasks related to team management and strategic planning.

Qualifications
  • Experience in General Management and Team Management.
  • Proven skills in Sales and Customer Service.
  • Commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Work from Head Office and visits to Project Sites in Hyderabad.
  • Masters degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in the construction or real estate industry is preferable.
