Customer growth and Lifecycle Management organization drives customer acquisition and retention by delivering the most relevant and delightful experiences for our customers by continuously building and leveraging a deep understanding of customer preferences.


We are seeking a Data Analyst who will apply a customer backward view to solve complex problems through scalable solutions using Advanced Analytics and Statistical techniques. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and working with leadership to develop and drive the adoption of the decision frameworks within the :


- Own the reporting of key Customer Health KPIs to Lifecycle and Marketing stakeholders, ensuring data quality and integrity across all reports and dashboards.


- Work closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team to design, measure, and enhance acquisition and retention journeys, as well as related experiments.


- Help develop and refine segmentation, recommendation framework, and customer propensity models using advanced analytics approaches.


- Analyze various touchpoints in the customer journey to understand attribution and optimize marketing spending for better ROI.


- Provide data-driven insights to enhance the loyalty program, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimisation.


- Support ad hoc analyses to identify root causes of key business problems, evaluate incrementally various marketing initiatives, and understand specific customer behaviors, triggers, and nudges that accelerate the purchase journey.


Requirements :


Trading Experience : Working with a trading product / Exchange / Hedge fund / Forex.


API Experience : Experience building API products or working with API trading Management / Treasury Management : Active Experience managing investment portfolios and/or managing treasury balances with rebalancing of investments and holdings.


Technical Management : Engineering experience is a plus but not required to code.


Looking for the ability to track the technical details of a product and guide the development team/ OTC.


Experience : Work with or for an OTC Trading desk.


- 3+ years of relevant industry experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Business Intelligence.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical fields.


- Advanced proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and handling large-scale datasets.


- Expertise in data manipulation and visualization tools such as MS Excel and Google Sheets.


- Tableau is good to have.


- Strong programming skills in one or more languages like R and Python are preferred.


- Understanding of data science concepts and statistical techniques.


- Skilled in exploratory data analysis, data cleansing, and feature engineering.


- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical acumen, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders across business and technical teams.
