Championing a collaborative, supportive and flexible work environment empowers our colleagues to reach their full potential.Job DescriptionYour key tasks Team player and perform all aspects of Asset master data and mark-to-market (MTM) pricing Ensure timely and accurate Asset master data setup and pricing, adhering strictly to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regulatory requirements Manage asset creation and modification for a wide range of financial instruments, including but not limited to:Equities Bonds Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Mutual Funds Structured Products DerivativesDiligently follow and regularly update Key Operating Procedures (KOPs) to ensure satisfactory performance for Business as Usual (BAU) operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all asset classes Maintain the highest standards of accuracy and completeness Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in the processQualificationsTertiary education (Diploma / Degree in Banking and Finance / Accountancy preferred but not necessary) Basic knowledge of Avaloq Banking System, investment products including Exchange Trade Products, OTC Derivatives and Structured Products Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Preferably with 1-3 years of Operations experience Good commination skills, which will help in interacting with demanding clients in a professional way It would be a real bonus if you have Previous knowledge of Avaloq is a strong advantage point Experience with MS Excel, Visual Basic for Application (VBA) and Access Macros Understanding Wealth Management BusinessAdditional InformationWe realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
