We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the General Manager (GM) to serve as a key strategic partner in decision-making and operational excellence.
This role goes beyond traditional administrative support, requiring a dynamic professional who can streamline execution, anticipate business needs, and play an active role in ensuring leadership efficiency and organizational support.
Key Responsibilities:- Support decision-making by preparing strategic briefs, data-driven reports, and actionable insights ahead of key meetings.
- Draft and review business communications, reports, and presentations to represent the GM's vision and directives accurately.
- Anticipate needs and priorities to manage the GM's workflow, providing visibility into deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Assist in planning, tracking, and follow-up of critical business objectives, action items, and project milestones.
- Represent the GM's office in internal and external interactions with clarity and professionalism.
- Manage complex scheduling and ensure preparation for meetings, including agendas, logistics, and pre-reads.
- Coordinate with department heads and senior leadership to streamline communication and ensure timely execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize organizational systems, files, and documentation to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Take high-quality minutes during key meetings and ensure follow-through on assigned action items.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of executive summaries, performance updates, and board documents.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary supporting senior leadership.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to support strategic decision-making.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command over professional correspondence and letter drafting.
- Oustanding time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- High degree of discretion, emotional intelligence, and organizational awareness.
