Job Title : IoT Engineer - Automation & AILocation : GurugramResponsibilities : - PCB Design & Prototyping : Design, develop, and test PCB boards for IoT and automation hardware.- Sensors Integration : Work with temperature, humidity, ultrasonic, proximity, PIR motion, LDR/light, pressure, GPS, accelerometer, gyroscope, and gas sensors.- Motors & Actuators : Control and integrate DC motors, servo motors, stepper motors, solenoids, linear actuators, and robotic arms.- Automation Systems : Develop automation for robotics, smart home, industrial machinery, and AI-based control systems.- Embedded Systems : Program and integrate with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, ESP32, STM32, and similar microcontrollers.- Connectivity Protocols : Implement Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa, and MQTT-based communication.- Peripheral Devices : Handle integration of cameras, projectors, LED/LCD displays, and audio systems for AI automation projects.- Prototyping & Testing : Create functional prototypes, run diagnostics, and ensure system stability.- Independent Project Handling : Manage projects from concept to deployment with minimal supervision.- AI Integration : Collaborate with AI engineers to connect IoT hardware with AI algorithms for automation and decision-making.Preferred Skills : - PCB design tools (Altium, KiCAD, Eagle)- Embedded C/C++, Python, Node-RED- Experience with sensor calibration and motor driver circuits- Knowledge of cloud IoT platforms (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT (ref:hirist.tech)
