Key Responsibilities:

• Motion Graphic Design:

o Develop and produce motion graphic content for a wide variety of digital

platforms including websites, social media, and advertisements.

o Create animations, explainer videos, and kinetic typography to enhance video

content and elevate brand messaging.

o Adapt visual assets into dynamic animations that align with campaign goals

and brand aesthetics.

o Work on visual effects and transitions for video content, ensuring smooth and

engaging narratives.

• Packaging Design:

o Design unique, visually compelling packaging solutions for various products,

with an emphasis on brand consistency and user experience.

o Prepare print-ready artwork files, including dielines, ensuring they meet all

technical specifications for production.

o Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to ensure packaging design

meets both aesthetic and practical requirements.

o Innovate packaging formats that reflect the latest industry trends while aligning

with sustainability and cost-efficiency goals.

• Client & Team Collaboration:

o Present design concepts, motion drafts, and final packaging designs to both

internal teams and clients.

o Incorporate feedback effectively and make revisions in a timely manner to

meet deadlines.

o Work cross-functionally with marketing, copywriting, and production teams to

ensure cohesive execution across all projects.

• Project Management:

o Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while

maintaining quality.

o Stay organized and communicate effectively to ensure deadlines are met and

client expectations are exceeded.

• Innovation & Research:

o Stay updated on the latest industry trends in both motion graphics and

packaging design.

o Research competitors’ designs and market trends to deliver fresh, innovative

ideas that stand out.


Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, CoralDraw).

• Familiarity with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.

• Strong understanding of print production processes and preparing print-ready files.
