Responsibilities include overseeing HR management tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. The HR Specialist will enforce HR policies, manage employee benefits, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Additionally, they will assist in creating personnel management strategies that foster a positive workplace environment and support organizational development.QualificationsProficiency in Human Resources processes, HR Management, and implementation of HR PoliciesExperience with Employee Benefits programs and Personnel Management systemsStrong understanding of labor compliance and workplace ethicsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldAbility to work on-site in AhmedabadExperience in employee engagement initiatives is a plusProficient in using HR software and toolsBudget: 6LPA to 12 LPABest Regards,Daniel John
