Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experiencedSAP FICO + Treasury Architectto lead the design, implementation, integration, and optimisation of Financial Accounting, Controlling, and Treasury solutions within SAP. The candidate will act as the primary finance technology adviser for business stakeholders, ensuring that SAP financial systems support strategic and operational objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadend-to-end solution architectureforSAP FICO and Treasurymodules across complex global implementations. Work closely with finance leadership to understand business processes and translate them into optimised SAP system solutions. Design and configureSAP Treasury modules , including: Cash & Liquidity Management Bank Account Management In-House Cash Treasury Risk Management Cash Forecasting Own architecture ofSAP FICO components , including: General Ledger (New GL) Asset Accounting Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Cost Center & Profit Center Accounting Product Costing & COPA (desired) Lead integration betweenTreasury ,FICO ,SAP Bank Communication Management ,S/4HANA , and external banking interfaces (SWIFT / EBICS / Host-to-Host). Provide strategic guidance forS/4HANA migrationor system modernization initiatives. Oversee solution documentation, testing strategy, UAT support, and deployment readiness. Mentor and guide functional consultants, offshore teams, and business analysts. Ensure governance, security controls, and adherence toSAP best practices . Required Skills & Qualifications10–12+ yearsof hands-on experience inSAP FICOwith strong exposure toTreasury Management . Minimum2–3 full life cycle SAP implementationsin FICO and Treasury. Strong understanding ofaccounting principles , financial processes, and corporate treasury operations. Experience inSAP Bank Communication Management ,payment interfaces , andmarket data integration . Knowledge ofS/4HANA Finance(Greenfield/Brownfield experience preferred). Ability to communicate withCXO-level stakeholdersand lead design workshops. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills. SAP Certification in FICO / Treasury is a plus. Preferred ExperienceExposure toSAP Central Finance . Knowledge ofTaxation ,IFRS/GAAP compliance . Experience working withglobal shared service environments . Familiarity withTreasury Workstations , banking APIs, and cash pooling solutions.
