MG Techno Solutions a decade-old software development and consulting company is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with a strong focus on mobile application development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Node.js and React Native, and a background in building scalable, high-performance mobile apps. Experience in ride-hailing or mobility platforms is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop mobile-first applications using Node.js as primary experience followed by React Native

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless user experiences across platforms

- Optimize app performance, scalability, and security

- Participate in architectural decisions and contribute to technical strategy

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack

Required Qualifications :

- 6+ years of software development experience, with a strong focus on mobile apps

- Proficiency in Node.js, Express, and RESTful APIs

- Solid experience with React Native and mobile app deployment workflows

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Git, and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building or contributing to ride-hailing or mobility apps

- Exposure to GraphQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL

- Background in startup environments or agile teams

Salary : 15 to 20 LPA
