The Business Analyst will play a critical role in driving the company’s strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends, customer preferences and business processes. This role requires excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
● Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs and competitive
landscape.
- Analyze market data to provide insights into market share, growth opportunities, and potential risks.
● Data Analysis:
- Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns, trends and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Process Improvement:
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work with various departments to implement process changes that enhance efficiency and productivity.
● Strategic Planning:
- Assist in the development of business strategies and plans to achieve company goals.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support decision-making processes.
● Project Management:
- Lead and manage projects related to business analysis and process improvement.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team during project periods.
● Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Economics, Statistics or a relevant field / B. E / B. Tech degree with post graduation /certification related to data analytics.
● Experience
- 5+ years relevant experience in a similar role in the automotive industry / consulting
