
Pre-Sales & Lead Conversion Executive

Job Purpose: The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible forcontacting potential clients through allotted leads , understanding their requirements, warming them up, andconvincing them to schedule meetings, site visits with the sales team . This role is critical to driving the sales pipeline and ensuring maximum conversions. Performance-based incentives will be awarded based on the number of successful appointments leading to closures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Interaction & Requirement Gathering Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs, budget, and preferences. Conduct site visits to assess feasibility and capture requirements. 2. Sales Support Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed projects. Follow up with clients to schedule meetings with the sales team. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience before project closure. 3. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of client interactions and site visits through Salesforce or similar tools. Generate regular reports on lead status and pipeline progress. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Understanding of interior offerings, processes, and advantages Ability to clearly explain the company’s USPs to influence customer decisions Educational & Experience Requirements: Education:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field Experience:1–3 years in pre-sales, sales support, or client engagement in interiors, modular furniture, or real estate interiors Key Attributes: Client-focused with a solution-oriented approach Organized and detail-oriented Able to work independently and as part of a team Persuasive and confident in communicating with customers over the phone Career Growth: Opportunity to progress toSenior Pre-Sales Executive ,Sales Manager , orBusiness Developmentroles within the interiors domain In-hand Salary - From Rs 25,000 - Rs 40,000 per month as per the experience and skills.
