The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering and possess relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry. This role demands strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and hands-on experience with data visualization and analytics tools.Key Responsibilities : - Deliver actionable, data-driven business insights by combining technical analysis with business and operational knowledge.- Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and visual reports to support decision-making.- Execute data analysis autonomously using established data and analytics strategies.- Act as a liaison between business units, PPM, digital teams, and other stakeholders.- Collaborate with data engineers and business data owners to define and build simple, effective data models.- Integrate existing tools to automate data ingestion, manipulation, quality control, and analysis.Role Requirements and Qualifications : - 35 years of relevant hands-on experience in data analysis, data mining, and insight generation in complex, fast-paced environments.- Proven experience in the Oil & Gas industry.- Proficiency in data analytics tools and business intelligence applications.- Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization software.- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, or similar programming languages is preferred.- Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.- Ability to deliver value-driven insights with attention to detail.- Applied knowledge across all stages of the data lifecycle.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.- Bachelors degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering (mandatory, no exceptions).- Additional qualifications in business, data analytics, or related technical fields are a plus.Why Join Us : - Opportunities to work on transformative projects, cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions with leading global firms across industry sectors.- Continuous investment in employee growth and professional development with a strong focus on up & re-skilling.- Competitive compensation & benefits, ESOPs and international assignments.- Supportive environment with healthy work-life balance and a focus on employee well-being.- Open culture that values diverse perspectives, encourages transparent communication and rewards contributions.
