Someone with strong logical thinking, curiosity, and an experimental mindset. Comfortable working withExcel/Sheets, data dashboards, or product analytics tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills with attention to detail. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Top 3 Daily Tasks:Analyze user insights and growth datato identify patterns, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with product, design, and strategy teamsto brainstorm and execute growth ideas. Support the development of frameworks and reportsthat track engagement, adoption, and retention metrics.Minimum Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed aBachelor’s degreein Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest ingrowth strategy, analytics, and product optimization. Conduct research to understand market trends, competitors, and user needs. Build dashboards, reports, or frameworks to measure key growth metrics. Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable outcomes. Identify potential areas for operational or product improvements through data-driven insights.Bonus Points For: Prior internship or project experience ingrowth, analytics, or product strategy. Familiarity withwearable technology, AI-driven systems, or immersive tech. Enthusiasm for exploring how technology can shape human learning and growth.
